This is a perfect week for movement in solidarity above and beyond the necessary solidarity expressed directly in support of justice for Oscar Grant's loved ones et al. I am speaking of solidarity that will not come and go. I am speaking of solidarity which takes action following a new paradigm, not making use of obsolete models which will stop short of making institutional change. I look forward to being invited down to L.A. OR having Aidge and his closest associates meet me at my home in Aptos to discuss strategy/tactics. OR meeting halfway. Doesn't matter much where. What does matter is that we move at something other than an arthritic snail's pace, that we embrace this paradigm with a great sense of URGENCY.
